Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Manage caseload independently and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform patient evaluations and documentation, including home safety assessments and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in home health settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health settings preferred.

• Ability to manage caseload independently and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
