Assignment Details

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No on-call or weekend requirement
Coverage area includes Pierce County
May be required to visit patients in the service area and other nearby agencies as needed

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCC

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state
• Current CPR certification
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
