About the role
Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in skilled nursing facility settings.
- Manage documentation in electronic medical records.
- Split assignment across multiple nearby facilities (Tuscola, Arcola, Bement) as part of a rota.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience with geriatric patient populations and restorative nursing programs preferred.
- Ability to manage documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Willingness to split assignment across multiple nearby facilities (Tuscola, Arcola, Bement) as part of a rota is required.

Schedule
Days 0830-1630, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
