Physical Therapist Technician (PT Tech.) | Sugar House, UT

About the role

At Oaklin Lane, the PT Tech role is crucial to the smooth operation of our neighborhood clinic in Sugar House, UT. You will support licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), preparing therapy spaces and equipment, assisting during sessions, sanitizing and organizing equipment, and helping with patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapy spaces and equipment for treatment sessions
• Support therapists during sessions, managing equipment and ensuring safety
• Sanitize and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas throughout the day
• Help with patient flow, including guiding families to and from treatment areas
• Flag when supplies need to be restocked
• Show up for team meetings and contribute to the clinic's culture
• Pitch in on administrative and operational support as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with children (a plus, not required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Physically able to lift, move, and assist with equipment safely

Qualifications

• Interest in pediatric healthcare, physical therapy, kinesiology, or a related field
• Great with kids, or excited to be around them
• A strong teammate who brings good energy to every session

Pay

• $25.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Thursday
• 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a lunch break)
• Four-day work week
• No nights or weekends
