About the role

Help PTs and PTAs prepare therapy spaces and equipment for treatment sessions.
Support therapists during sessions — managing equipment and keeping the environment safe.
Sanitize and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas throughout the day.
Help with patient flow, including walking families to and from treatment areas.
Help keep the clinic feeling like a place kids actually want to be.
Show up for team meetings and contribute to the clinic’s culture.
Pitch in on admin and operational support as needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children (a plus, not required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Interested in pediatric healthcare, PT, kinesiology, or a related field.
• Great with kids, or excited to be.
• A strong teammate who brings good energy to every session.
• Physically able to lift, move, and assist with equipment safely.

Pay

• $25.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Full-time.
• Monday - Thursday.
• 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a lunch break).
• Four-day work week.
• No nights or weekends.
