About the role

Lead an Outpatient Sports Rehabilitation team, balancing patient care with leadership duties. Assist with daily operations of a busy outpatient clinic to ensure quality care and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support Physical Therapists; conduct performance evaluations and foster professional growth.
• Lead team meetings, delegate projects, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen relationships with physicians and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies and evidence-based standards, promoting service excellence and patient satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, equipment selection, and program development.
• Coordinate student internships, support operational challenges, and assist with staff onboarding and orientation.
• Coach staff towards clinical excellence and professional development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist with expertise in outpatient care.
• Leadership experience in staff supervision, program development, and community outreach.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and current Montana licensure or eligibility.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
