About the Role

Kadima at Monroeville is looking for an energetic and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. New graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities and conditions.
• Develop individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of patients.
• Accurately document progress toward objectives and communicate patient status and needs to the patient and their family.
• Monitor progress of patients and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and other support staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate with family members or patient responsible parties.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and professional regulations.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices, techniques, and regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania state license.
• Graduate of an APTA-approved school for Physical Therapy.
