Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Current Colorado licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers or CPR certification, valid through sixty days of hire.
