Provides skilled physical therapy services to patients.

Responsibilities

• Tailors treatment plans based on patient needs and medical assessments.
• Conducts evaluations and treatments to improve mobility and function.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist, Skilled license required.
• BLS-AHA certification required.
• SSN and DOB required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Skills

• Skilled in assessing and treating a variety of physical conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

$2903.00 - $2992.00 per shift.
