About the role

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join our team in Ault and surrounding locations in Colorado. We offer a unique opportunity to provide one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their communities, aiming to abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in a 1:1 setting to support older adults in their communities.
• Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Drive rewarding patient outcomes through personalized care plans.
• Be part of an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

The standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
