Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus) - Greater Windsor, CO
About the role
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join our team in Windsor and surrounding locations in Colorado. We offer a unique opportunity to provide one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their communities, aiming to abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to patients in a 1:1 setting
- Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions
- Drive rewarding patient outcomes
- Be part of an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification

- Strong clinical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
Schedule
Available opportunities include Full-time/Part-time – Salaried with benefits, PRN/Flex – PPU (Paid Per Unit), and H1B sponsorship available.
