Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus) - Greater Kersey, CO

About the role

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join our team in Kersey and surrounding areas in Colorado. We offer a unique opportunity to provide one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their communities, helping to combat ageism and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients in a 1:1 setting
• Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions
• Drive rewarding patient outcomes
• Be part of an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.

Schedule

Available opportunities include Full-time/Part-time – Salaried with benefits, PRN/Flex – PPU (Paid Per Unit), and H1B sponsorship available.
