Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus!)- Full Time

About the Role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinic in Conroe, TX. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver treatment using best-practice interventions including aquatic therapy when indicated, document care in EMR, and collaborate with the care team. You will maintain productivity expectations, participate in clinic culture, and support staff development. Candidates may be considered for transition into Clinic Director responsibilities depending on experience and leadership abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• 1-5 years of clinical experience preferred; not open to new graduates.
• Experience working in outpatient clinic settings preferred.
