About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled Physical Therapists to join our team, providing one-on-one therapy services in the community. You will deliver clinically excellent, autonomous interventions focused on improving functional outcomes for older adults, promote Geriatric House Calls™, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, clinically excellent physical therapy interventions in community settings
- Improve functional outcomes for older adults through evidence-based practice
- Promote and participate in Geriatric House Calls™
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer skills
- Current CPR certification
