About the role
Arizona state professional license required. Provide direct physical therapy service for students with gross motor skills impairments and indirect/consultative services in an integrative team approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy service for students with gross motor skills impairments.
- Offer indirect/consultative services in an integrative team approach.
- Sign and date progress reports to the case manager by the first Monday following the end of each quarter.
- Visit students monthly for 180 hours (3 hours per visit).
Requirements
Arizona state professional license required.
Qualifications
Experience working with students K-8 and knowledge of gross motor skills impairments.
Skills
Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, ability to work in an integrative team approach, and proficiency in progress report documentation.
