About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to perform independent evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver physical therapy procedures for musculoskeletal and neurological patients. The role involves directing care provided by assistants and working across various clinic locations to restore patient independence and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments and formulating individualized treatment goals
- Performing physical therapy modalities and procedures
- Managing and supervising physical therapy assistants
- Providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-approved physical therapy program
- Completion of a clinical internship
- Advanced training in evidence-based practice
- Current Washington Physical Therapist License
- American Heart Association BLS certification
Skills
- Experience in ambulatory settings (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Patient-focused approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
