About the role

Access Your Career Rehab Centers is a leading outpatient rehabilitation provider with 13 locations in the Greater Waterbury area. We specialize in physical, occupational, speech, and aquatic therapy for patients from infants to seniors. We are currently seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our Waterbury clinic.

Responsibilities

• Care for a wide range of patient populations and conditions, including neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, LSVT Loud / BIG, aquatics, sports medicine, and more.
• Exercise expertise and specialties in various areas of physical therapy.
• Work in a setting accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Requirements

• A current Physical Therapy license in Connecticut.
• CPR certification.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with complex cases and patient management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$8,000 sign-on bonus.
