Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel/Local Contract

Job Summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest Tucson is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized rehabilitation services for patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or neurological conditions. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to maximize patient mobility, independence, and functional outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS certification required
• Acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
• Ability to work the required weekday schedule and weekend rotation

Credentials

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) License or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS Certification

Acute Care Rehabilitation Hospital

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Weekend Requirement

Two weekend day shifts per week required

$2,400–$2,500/week
