Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Physical Therapist License in State
- Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 30 days of hire
Requirements
- Skilled and compassionate
- Experience with evaluating patients with complex needs, including swallowing and speech-language concerns
- Ability to develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Proficiency in delivering hands-on therapy to support recovery, function, and long-term wellness
- Expertise in planning for smooth transitions from therapy services through proactive discharge planning
- Ability to mentor and guide clinical fellows, students, and support staff
