Physical Therapist (PT) PRN Weekends | PAM Health New Albany

About the role

Join a stable team of dedicated therapists and physicians at PAM Health, where you will care for patients requiring intensive inpatient rehabilitation, including those recovering from recent medical changes and chronically ill patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will be exposed to a variety of diagnoses, including neurological and orthopedic conditions, while being supported by your fellow therapists.

We utilize the latest rehabilitative techniques and technology to deliver the highest outcomes possible in an environment of compassionate care. CEU reimbursement is offered for eligible PRN employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient management and deliver care in an age-appropriate manner.
• Direct and supervise care consistent with the principles and practices of the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Adhere to the professional code of ethics and PAM Health’s policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

• PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
