Physical Therapist - PRN Weekend

Join our team as a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist Role Overview: Under supervision, you will perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. You will provide direct supervision to patients, oversee rehabilitation technicians, and supervise PT assistants in accordance with state practice laws. Your responsibilities include delivering care aligned with departmental standards, policies, and our mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications & Skills Valid Physical Therapy license in the applicable state.Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.Current BLS certification; other certifications as required.Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience caring for adult and geriatric patients.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks including gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting. Key Duties: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise rehabilitation staff, and deliver therapy services in accordance with standards and regulations.
