About the Role
Join a supportive therapy team providing quality care to patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting in Battle Creek, MI. This is a PRN (as-needed) opportunity offering flexible scheduling and great supplemental income.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services
- Improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
