Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN

About the role

Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in a specialty hospital setting with flexible, PRN hours and no minimum shift requirements. The role involves managing patient care for a medically complex population with conditions such as trauma, stroke, cardiovascular issues, infections, amputations, and ventilator weaning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy care in accordance with state practice acts and hospital policies
• Supervise and direct care provided to patients
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Support patient recovery, functional independence, and overall wellbeing

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Preferred minimum of one year clinical experience
• Compassionate, motivated, and eager to expand skills in an acute care environment
