Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN

About the role

This position involves performing initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions, developing personalized care plans, and delivering physical therapy using appropriate techniques based on patient age, abilities, and needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Deliver physical therapy using techniques suited to individual needs
• Document all therapy services provided
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and staff
• Supervise activities of Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with re-training during orientation and maintained throughout employment

Pay

$50 per hour flat rate
