About the role
Responsible for leading product development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to translate product vision into functional specifications
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of products
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or software engineering
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful product launches
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with product lifecycle management systems
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
