About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in creating innovative software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software products that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project goals and constraints.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Continuously improve development processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Work closely with QA to ensure software meets quality standards before release.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture.
  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization.

    Skills
