- Manage team of developers and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback on performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and project management
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of software development tools and technologies (e.g., Python, Java, SQL)
