About the role
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team at a skilled nursing facility in Memphis, TN. This is a PRN (per diem) position.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Tennessee Physical Therapy license required.
- Physical Therapist degree required.
