About the role
Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services promotes a challenging, but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
- Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
- Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
