Physical Therapist - PT - Per Diem
About the role
We are seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to provide evaluations on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Middleboro, MA. Once hired, you may join additional local PRN rosters as desired.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
- Utilize electronic documentation systems and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or license eligibility in the state of employment.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
Pay
Good Faith Rate Range: $45.00–$55.00 per hour.
Schedule
Per Diem, evaluation shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
