Physical Therapist - PT (Per Diem)

About the role

The position is a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Horseheads, NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Employ a current Physical Therapist (PT / RPT) license or be license eligible to practice in the state
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting

Requirements

• Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT / RPT) license or be license eligible to practice in the state
• Employment eligibility to practice in the state

Pay

• Good Faith Rate Range: $55.00
