Job Summary

Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking to grow your career in a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient setting? H2 Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Richmond, Kentucky team.

About the Role

You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients while working alongside a supportive team committed to exceptional outcomes. Our Richmond clinic provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services for a diverse orthopedic population, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, spine care, balance and vestibular disorders, and performance enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Accurately document patient care using AI-powered Scribe documentation technology
  • Foster a positive, compassionate, and patient-focused clinical experience
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
