About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join a supportive, community-focused therapy team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients’ physical conditions and establishing individualized treatment goals
- Developing and supervising treatment programs using modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation
- Teaching passive and active exercises and demonstrating rehabilitative principles
- Documenting progress, collaborating with healthcare providers, and supervising assistants
- Using standardized outcome measures to ensure accurate assessment of functional performance
Qualifications
- Illinois licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Valid BLS certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
