About the role
You will lead and mentor a team of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and PT Techs in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting. You will provide regular mentorship, feedback, and support to keep care evidence-based. You will guide treatment planning and goal development across the PT caseload. You will review and co-sign documentation to ensure notes meet compliance and quality standards. You will monitor patient progress and adjust approaches alongside your assistant team. You will foster a team culture of learning, mutual support, and clinical excellence. You will stay organized with systems for scheduling, supervision logs, and documentation review. You will stay current on best practices in pediatric physical therapy and help shape and refine clinical processes as part of a growing organization.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Minimum of 3 years of pediatric experience (prior supervisory or mentorship experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of pediatric mobility, motor development, and neuromuscular conditions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfort using EMR systems and reviewing documentation for compliance and quality
