About the role
Lead and mentor a team of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and PT Techs in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.
Provide regular mentorship, feedback, and support to keep care evidence-based.
Guide treatment planning and goal development across the PT caseload.
Review and co-sign documentation — ensure notes meet compliance and quality standards.
Monitor patient progress and adjust approaches alongside your assistant team.
Foster a team culture of learning, mutual support, and clinical excellence.
Keep organized systems for scheduling, supervision logs, and documentation review.
Stay current on best practices in pediatric Physical Therapy.
Help shape and refine clinical processes as part of a growing organization.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Minimum of 3 years of pediatric experience (prior supervisory or mentorship experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of pediatric mobility, motor development, and neuromuscular conditions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfort using EMR systems and reviewing documentation for compliance and quality.
