About the role

You lead the work you always wished you’d worked under. You got into pediatric PT because you believed in the work — in the kid who takes their first steps, the teenager who finally finds balance, the toddler whose gait starts to hold. At Oaklin Lane, we’ve built a place where that work gets the time and space it deserves. You’ll own the direction of care: mentor a team of PTAs and PT Techs, build systems that hold up, keep the clinical bar high, and stay close to the kids while you do it.
