Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Sculpt individualized treatment plans
• Conduct therapy sessions
• Vigilantly track patient progress
• Make impactful decisions regarding patient care
• Formulate and enact effective treatment plans
• Educate and continuously engage with patients and their families
• Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date

Qualifications

• Current licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Physical Therapist in MA
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• Stellar communication skills, paired with a genuine, patient-centered approach
• Capability to proficiently manage a varied caseload
