Role Overview

This position involves providing Physical Therapy services to children within the Early Intervention program, which may include home or center-based settings. The role includes conducting evaluations and assessments, tracking child progress, and delivering therapy aligned with the IFSP mandates. Collaboration with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals is essential to support each child's goals.

Responsibilities

• Conducting evaluations and assessments

• Completing documentation and progress notes
• Assisting with functional mobility and safety exercises

Qualifications

• Valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• DOH approval required
