Access Rehab Centers is the largest outpatient rehabilitation provider with 13 locations throughout the Greater Waterbury and surrounding towns, offering physical, occupational, speech, and aquatic therapy. We treat a full range of conditions for infants to seniors.
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and top-quality Physical Therapist to provide excellent patient care in our home-based care system. You will have the opportunity to care for the full spectrum of patient populations and diagnoses, exercising your expertise and specialties, including neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, LSVT Loud/BIG, aquatics, sports medicine, and more. Access Rehab Centers is the only rehab provider in the area accredited with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). This is a per diem position in the greater Waterbury area in our home-based program.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a home-based care setting
- Treat a diverse patient population, from infants to seniors
- Apply expertise in areas such as neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, LSVT Loud/BIG, aquatics, and sports medicine
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
- Valid Physical Therapy License
- CPR Certification
