Physical Therapist - PT (Full Time split)
About the role
Full-time (30 hours) Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position splitting time between two award-winning sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments in Brattleboro, VT. The facilities are one mile apart, with a busy five-star subacute rehabilitation facility minutes from Interstate 91. The 80-bed facility features a beautiful rehabilitation gym with plentiful natural light and a highly supportive management team focused on patient-centered care.
The rehabilitation department offers a Fun and Functional Therapy Program, including a grocery cart, mock grocery shopping area, and a variety of functional materials and assessments to complement multiple modalities. Must have SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
- Maintain good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
- Work well with others in a team setting.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or license eligibility to practice in Vermont.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Pay
Good Faith Rate Range: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour.
