About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility, offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents’ conditions and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Relieve pain through exercises, hands-on therapy, and stretching.
- Assist residents with tasks and monitor their progress.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and professional standards.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current New York State PT License or actively working toward licensure.
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatrics preferred; new graduates encouraged.
