Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time

About the Role

The Physical Therapist provides direct rehabilitation care in physical therapy to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow treatment plans
• Set and modify goals for patient care
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), Rehab Aides, and students
• Maintain accurate documentation using therapy software
• Ensure patient safety, rights, and confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families
• Perform community engagement activities
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism
• Comply with all regulations in a post-acute care setting

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
• Current license in good standing
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• CPR certification required
