Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success.
- Monitor progress against plan, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in implementing them.
- Understanding of project risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
