Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success.
• Monitor progress against plan, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and support decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in implementing them.
• Understanding of project risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
