Physical Therapist / PT - Full-time

About the role

Join a passionate rehab team at River’s Bend Retirement Community in Kuttawa, Kentucky. This is a full-time opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patients’ physical capabilities and develop exercise programs to improve mobility and strength
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Current CPR certification

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatric care preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in using rehabilitation equipment and technology
