About the role

Responsible for leading product development initiatives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define product features and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps based on market analysis and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product features and timelines.
• Conduct user research to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or software development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements.
• Experience with product analytics and metrics-driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
