Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing environment.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans.

• Adhere to regulatory standards and facility policies.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for rehabilitation and patient care.
