About the Role

FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapist (Independent Contractor) to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in El Cajon and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
• Determine and implement the plan of care.

Requirements

• Current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy (conditional, provisional, or restricted licenses will not be accepted; limited permits are not accepted).
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Ability and enthusiasm to work with patients of all ages.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
