About the role
FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist to serve the San Clemente area. The Physical Therapist will assess and evaluate patient care needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs
- Determine and execute treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and discreet patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Recognize and modify treatment plans as needed
Requirements
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles and methods
- Skills in providing various treatments
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
- Understanding of the role of therapy in different contexts
- Sound clinical reasoning in treatment planning and patient progress monitoring
- Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient needs
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license and registration by the state
- Completion of a Physical Therapist curriculum approved by relevant organizations
- Ability and enthusiasm to work with all ages
- Bilingual advantage
