About the role
Symbria’s Rehab Team at Lutheran Home in Topton, PA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to impact the lives of the older adult population. As a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), you and your co-workers will have an ownership stake in the company.

Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans, including supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community served.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
- Valid state license.
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
