Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises and functional training, educate residents and families on equipment use, collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, and complete documentation and billing accurately.

Schedule

• Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Oregon, or graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program actively working toward licensure
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy education program
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care

Compensation

Starting at $47–$54 per hour depending on experience.
